Thanks to its entrepreneurial mind-set, the Group has been able to expand promptly its
technological, productive and geographical perimeter assets in step with the evolution of the
competitive scenario.

Its history can be divided into three stages:

• 1936-1999: foundation of Magnaghi in Naples and progressive development of its aeronautical competences;
• 2000-2017: new ownership, investments in technology, new contracts related to international programmes, acquisition of Magnaghi do Brazil;
• As of 2018: participation in the capital of a new international investor, acquisition of Blair HSM in the US, further international growth in progress.
