Our Customer Support is a strategic division, where a flexible and fully-dedicated organization has the primary objective to satisfy customers logistic need and to provide real time technical support to solve engineering, logistics, and maintenance issues around the clock and around the globe.

MRO service allow Customers to keep their products in top condition – vital when the recommended interval between overhauls is growing.

MRO service includes:

  • Repair activities;
  • Revision;
  • Modification;
  • Courses of familiarization and updating on products;
  • Maintenance courses at different levels;
  • Technical publications and updates;
  • Spare parts with AOG services;
  • Connections to authorized service stations in Asia and America.

The Customer Service division deals autonomously with all the activities required in the maintenance phases, operating with its own machines and equipment, thus guaranteeing optimal delivery times of the maintained product, in accordance with the current best practices of the aeronautical market.

The assistance is provided both for the Group products, and licensed ones by third parties, where the Group staff has acquired the necessary abilities through adequate training courses.
